The breakfast could have been better. Got down at 7:30 am and everything was pretty much empty.

The staff is polite, pleasant.

It is convenient neighboring venue, it offers great pool and the location is favourable close to everything. A special thanks to very, very nice and courteous staff. All in all they offer excellent service. Thank you for a great stay.

The room was very nice and staff was very friendly

Did not like that we had to go to other hotel for breakfast and it had to be before 9am. They had already started cleaning up and removing food so some of us had to pick food from containers on her cart so it wasn't hardly warm. Good food just too early of a cut off time for a holiday. Hampton's breakfasts are much better

I thoroughly enjoyed the bright and cute decor throughout the Hampton Inn Council Bluffs, easy for me to navigate comfortably. The spacious lobby and friendly staff enhanced my overall experience .

More accessible seating areas would be helpful.

Friendly staff. Shuttle was there and waiting both on the departure to the airport and very quick to arrive at the airport on our return.

Was not happy that I could not get a receipt for our two rooms when we checked out. Seemed to be confusion on that because we booked it thru you. The shower had hair in it also....yuk

I couldnt watch the MLB game on tv. Had to go to a bar to watch.

The room was cozy and clean, and I really enjoyed the indoor pool and relaxing jacuzzi after a long day. It’s a nice spot to unwind. Just wish the breakfast options had a bit more variety, but overall, it was a solid stay! 😊

complained about things that needed repair. no response, tub leaked, shower head didn't work. toilet flooding, scalding hot water. pool tile missing, shower it pool area go to scalding by it self. maintenance worked on toilet but didn't fix it, they need maintenance that cares about there building. won't stay here again

The room didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in it. Since we travel 8 hours to get there we couldn't warm up our food. That was very disappointed.

The decor is bright and cute. The spacious lobby and amenities really enhance the overall experience of staying at this hotel.

The breakfast was pretty good with several options. Our room stayed very quiet, no hallway noise or room next door noise.

The location was marvellous and fantastic and the services were excellent. Besides, it was 3 miles away from a public park🙂❤

Beautiful views of the Missouri River from the room. The room was super clean, with a comfortable king bed and a modern bathroom stocked with quality essentials. Breakfast included freshly squeezed juice, and the variety suited our tastes perfectly. Parking was ample, accommodating even our truck with a trailer easily. There was some noise from the nearby interstate, which might bother light sleepers.
